Returns

You can return the goods within 14 days without giving a reason. However, the goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused and with a protective sticker.

If the goods are damaged or not in the same condition as you received them, the return will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. You do not incur any costs for the return, we will cover them. You can easily use the return label print it out here by entering the information you want.
